In Victoria we have a local MLS® (Multiple Listing Service®) system and we have access to all the properties for sale here in Victoria, we just have to make the appointments as a rule at least 24 hrs in advance.
When we look at properties:
We have to be on time (1/2 -1 hr window)
We may be asked to remove our shoes (wear slip-on shoes or shoes that are easy to remove)
We can NOT take pictures without prior consent from the Seller/Listing Agent.
We should always look at the property, even if it does not look good from the outside. The seller might have spend lots of time to prepare the home for the viewing.
