TPM Management Ltd. is a family owned Victoria Company, specializing in the management of Commercial and Residential real estate. The owner Mr. Danilo Danzo has operated both effectively and efficiently within the real estate development and management field on Vancouver Island since 1959. TPM Management Ltd. is the Property Management arm of Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty.

Our Real Estate and Property Management office is located downtown Victoria at 1075 Pandora Avenue. TPM Management's current management portfolio consists of a mix of 208,000 Sq .Ft. of Office Space, 155,000 Sq .Ft. of Retail Space, 90,000 Sq .Ft. of Warehousing, over 530 Residential Suites, comprised of individual Houses, Condos, Co-ops, Stratas and Rental Apartments.
